In collaboration with the Maan (https://maan.gov.ae/en/), FRSATK has implemented cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies to tackle recruitment challenges. We utilized digital platforms and mobile solutions to streamline the process for job seekers, ensuring they have access to the latest resources and support.
The primary challenge was connecting job seekers with potential employers while also enhancing their skills to meet market demands. Many job seekers struggled with accessing relevant job opportunities and lacked essential skills needed for today’s job market. There was a pressing need to create a more efficient and supportive environment for job seekers.
Through the Al Falah Program, in partnership with Maan, FRSATK engaged over 300 volunteers to actively seek out job opportunities for participants. We established a digital community for job seekers, providing a platform for networking, support, and skill development. We also created a comprehensive dashboard and an AI tool for personalized job matching and tracking. Additionally, we offered live and recorded sessions focused on developing soft skills, ensuring that participants were well-prepared for the job market.
Our efforts led to achieving 100% of the designated recruitment goals for the job seekers involved in the Al Falah Program. The program successfully facilitated job placements and provided crucial skill development, supported by our advanced digital tools and resources. This collaboration not only addressed immediate employment needs but also empowered job seekers with the skills and confidence necessary for long-term career success.
