FRSATK, in partnership with the Maan (https://maan.gov.ae/en/), has harnessed advanced technology and practical strategies to address employment challenges across the UAE. We were invited to participate in this social incubation program to support the employment challenge, utilizing digital platforms and mobile solutions to streamline the job search process for job seekers.
The primary challenge was that many job seekers were not leveraging modern technologies and methodologies, which resulted in inefficiencies and delays in securing employment. Traditional methods limited access to real-time data and hindered swift decision-making, making it difficult for job seekers to find suitable opportunities and for employers to identify potential candidates quickly.
To address these challenges, FRSATK launched the “Tatweer Competency Creator Program.” This innovative initiative was designed to help job seekers across the UAE by shifting their mindset, exploring new opportunities, and providing comprehensive coaching and support. The program focused on creating future leaders by equipping participants with the necessary skills and confidence to navigate the job market effectively.
Through our efforts, FRSATK exceeded the assigned target, achieving 400% of the goal for placing job seekers in employment. The “Tatweer Competency Creator Program” successfully facilitated job placements, helping job seekers find positions across various industries in the UAE. This program has not only addressed immediate employment needs but also laid the groundwork for sustainable career growth, empowering participants to pursue new opportunities and advance their careers.
