Stay ahead in a rapidly changing world
In partnership with one of the largest financial sector entities in the UAE, FRSATK has developed innovative solutions to tackle social issues and support Emiratization targets. By leveraging digital platforms and customized strategies, we have successfully created part-time job opportunities that cater to the unique needs of Emirati mothers and university students.
The key challenge was to design a flexible employment model that could accommodate the diverse needs of mothers and students while supporting the entity’s Emiratization goals. There was a need for roles that could fit into the busy schedules of these groups, providing them with meaningful employment opportunities without compromising their family responsibilities or educational commitments.
FRSATK devised a unique employment model that offers part-time positions specifically tailored for Emirati mothers and university students. For mothers, these roles provide an opportunity to contribute to the family’s income without sacrificing time spent with their children. For students, the part-time jobs offer a means to finance their tuition and living expenses, thereby allowing them to pursue their degrees and secure better future career prospects. This model not only supports the financial sector entity’s Emiratization efforts but also promotes work-life balance and enhances the quality of life for the employees.
Through this initiative, FRSATK has successfully helped recruit over 150 Emiratis into part-time roles. The program has enabled mothers to support their families while staying engaged in the workforce and has provided students with the financial support needed to continue their education. This approach has not only met the entity’s Emiratization targets but has also created a positive social impact by improving the quality of life for the employees.
