2. Use of the website
- Information on the website is general and is not a binding offer.
- Prices shown may change; the price in the proposal or invoice applies.
- You may not use the website in a way that harms it or others, or copy its content for commercial purposes without permission.
3. Services for organisations
Recruitment, training and consulting services for organisations are governed by a formal proposal or signed contract that sets the scope, fees, duration and any guarantees. If there is a conflict, the proposal or contract prevails over these terms.
For recruitment services, a 3-month guarantee period applies from the employee’s start date, under the conditions in the proposal.
4. Startup packages
- Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT.
- Payment is in two instalments: 50% at the start and 50% once half of the deliverables are complete.
- Typical delivery time is one month from signing to the first ad.
- The paid advertising budget is separate from the package price and is paid directly to the ad platforms.
- We deliver the service with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business results for the project.
5. CV service
- Typical delivery time is 24 to 72 hours from receiving complete information.
- The chosen package sets the number of revisions available.
- The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
6. Jobs platform subscription
- A free account allows applying to 5 jobs per month.
- Monthly or 6-month subscriptions offer additional features, explained at sign-up.
- A subscription does not guarantee an interview or a job.
- Renewal terms are explained at sign-up.
7. Payment and invoices
We issue an invoice for each service, and payment is due under the terms in the proposal or invoice. The invoice shows VAT where applicable.
8. Cancellation and refunds
- Services for organisations and startup packages: as set out in the proposal or contract.
- CV service: a full refund applies if the order is cancelled before work starts; no refund after work starts or after delivery.
- Jobs platform subscription: you can cancel renewal at any time. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, and no refund is given for a period that has already started.
9. Intellectual property
- Website content and training materials belong to FRSATK.
- The trained organisation may use the training materials internally for its staff.
- Ownership of deliverables handed to the client, such as a CV or feasibility study, passes to the client once paid for.
10. Confidentiality
We keep our clients’ and candidates’ information confidential. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
11. Limitation of liability
We deliver our services with professional care. We are not liable for indirect damages, and in no case does our liability exceed the amount paid for the service concerned, to the extent permitted by law.
12. External platforms
The website may take you to external platforms such as WhatsApp, the CV store or the jobs platform, each with its own terms and policies.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the emirate where the providing entity is based have jurisdiction over any dispute.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with the date of the update.
